STUDENT VISA -SUBCLASS 500

Student Visa visa permits you the to reside and study full-time in Australia. As a student, you can work up to a maximum of 20 hours per week

Student Visa Criteria – An applicant should
  • Be at least six years of age.
  • Be accepted in an educational institution in Australia.
  • Provide evidence of English knowledge.
  • Provide evidence of Financial Capacity.
  • Secure a health insurance.
 

GENERAL MIGRATION

Skilled Independent – Subclass 189 visa 

We recommend this points-based Australia work visa for skilled workers who do not fall under family, state or territory, or employer sponsored streams. Skilled workers may only apply through invitations. To get an invitation, a person must:
  • present an Expression of Interest (EOI)
  • have work that is included on the skilled occupation list
  • undergo a thorough skills assessment for the occupation
  • be no more than 45 years old during the date of invitation
  • have a grasp of the English language and meet other language requirements
  • have a score of at least 65 on the points test
Skilled Nominated – Subclass 190 Visa
We recommend this point-based visa for skilled workers with an endorsement or nomination from the State or Territory Government. Workers may only apply through invitations. Those who wish to get an invite should:

• lodge an Expression of Interest and be nominated by the State  or Territory Government
• have an occupation included on the relevant skilled occupation  list
• undergo a skills assessment for that occupation
• be no more than 45 years of age during the date of invite
• be proficient in the English language and should meet other language requirements
• have a score of no less than 65 on the points test

SUBCLASS 491
SKILLED WORK REGIONAL (PROVISIONAL) VISA

This is a provisional visa. It is for skilled workers who want to live and work in regional Australia
  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​stay in Australia for 5 years
  • live, work and study in a designated regional area of Australia
  • travel to and from Australia as many times as you want, while the visa is valid​
  • apply for permanent residence after 3 years from the time your visa is granted​
You must:
  • be nominated to apply by a state or territory government agency, or an eligible relative must sponsor you
  • have an occupation on a relevant skilled occupation list
  • have a suitable skills assessment for the occupation
  • be invited to apply
  • satisfy the points test





​Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 494)

With this visa, you can
  • live, work and study only in designated regional areas of Australia for 5 years
  • travel to and from Australia for 5 years
  • if eligible, apply for permanent residence after 3 years from the time your visa is granted
You must:
  • be nominated to work in an occupation on the relevant skilled occupation list
  • have at least 3 years relevant work experience in your nominated occupation
  • have a relevant skills assessment, unless an exemption applies
  • work only for your sponsor or associated entity, unless an exemption applies
  • be under 45 years of age, unless an exemption applies
  • meet minimum standards of English language proficiency

TSS VISA

The TSS visa is a temporary visa that permits the holder to live in Australia, while working full-time for the sponsoring employer, in the nominated position. Applicants for a TSS visa may include dependent family members in their application.

𝐖𝐇𝐎 𝐂𝐀𝐍 𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐋𝐘 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐓𝐒𝐒 𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐀?⠀⠀
The TSS visa has a short-term stream and a medium-term stream. Applicants with occupations on the Short-Term Skilled Occupations List (STSOL) are eligible for visas of up to two years (renewable once, for a further two years), whilst those on the Medium and Long-Term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL) can apply for up to four years, with eligibility for permanent residency after three years.

Direct Entry stream
This visa lets skilled workers, who are nominated by an employer, live and work in Australia permanently.

Labour agreement streamThis visa lets skilled workers who are nominated by their employer live and work in Australia permanently. The Labour Agreement stream might be for you if you currently work, or will work, for an employer who is party to a labour agreement.

Temporary Residence Transition streamThis visa lets skilled workers, who are nominated by their employer, live and work in Australia permanently.
